How Media & Press play an integral role in our fight against childhood cancer

UDance believes that students have the ability to end childhood cancer. We inspire thousands of people to raise awareness and funds for the fight against childhood cancer by hosting engaging events and fostering mutually motivational relationships between UD students and local families affected by childhood cancer. Through our beneficiary, The Andrew McDonough B+ Foundation, UDance financially aids families nationwide battling childhood cancer and funds cutting edge research studies that have already proven to save lives.

We celebrate the hard work and dedication of our participants annually by hosting the nation’s fifth largest college dance marathon, UDance, at the University of Delaware. This year, the culmination of our year-long efforts is on April 21, 2024 from 9am-9pm at the Bob Carpenter Center.

The UDance Community welcomes media and press to attend our events and utilize their platforms as a means of spreading awareness and furthering UDance’s efforts to fight childhood cancer and financially assist those affected.
